Hello everyone ! Great news and that's the shipping is complete! The last batch of orders went out today ! Sorry I hadn't updated when the new copper marionette had gotten here I've just been completely consumed in shipping I didn't have time to take proper photos :( ! All tracking numbers have been sent out and the newest ones should update in at most a day with how the postal system works! 

Thank you all so much for your patience and support during this project! I'm going to get a little gushy, my first kickstarter project only had 63 backers so to hit 600 2 years later absolutely blows my mind and I am SO grateful for all of you and all of your support! I definitely underestimated how quickly I could get shipping done for a project this big, my one before this was only half as many orders so I want to thank you all for being kind and understanding for delays and any mishaps !

So wanted to update on shipping, currently we're still shipping out US backer orders. It's taking longer than expected as I underestimated how many two of us could get done at a time with the sheer amount of orders we have, but rest assured we're still shipping! Tracking goes out each time we drop packages off. 

on another note we've launched another project that's live now! Pocket and I are once again collaborating with our friends Ryis and Coffee in a Lunar Ocean themed kickstarter! Luna Marina has some special pins in the bunch with a stained glass effect as well as a glow in the dark pin, some glitter pins, and some regular ones! Check it out here! 

Shipping starts + sticker reveal

all our shipping supplies FINALLY arrived so sorry it took so long I don't know why certain pieces got so delayed. But with that shipping has begun! 

The new sticker is being ordered. Once that arrives, should we get through all non marionette orders first, we will then ship orders containing marionette

Locking addresses and shipping information

Hey everyone! Counts are in, shipping supplies is ordered so now it's time to lock addresses. I'll be locking addresses the 25th of February! If you have moved since you originally filled out your survey make sure to double check that your address is correct and change it if needed. If a package is sent back to me because of a wrong addresses I'll need you to pay the shipping again :(

Also please if you have marionette and haven't filled out the form yet please do! You'll be slotted into no change if there's no answer.

Order of Operations: Shipping edition

So with the complications here's how shipping will go once all the supplies has arrived!

• domestic packages not including marionette will go first from the lowest to highest tiers
• marionette backers will be split between no change and change and be assigned shipping groups
• no change marionette domestic orders will be shipped
• domestic pre-orders will be shipped excludingchanged marionette
• all international orders, excluding changed marionette packages will be shipped (with how shipping currently still is with corona virus i'd expect your packages to arrive anywhere from a few weeks to a couple months after being shipped)

From there we just have to wait until the new copper marionette pins have arrived and any remaining orders will be shipped. Another update will come as soon as I get those pins!

Update on Marionette (PLEASE READ)

I went through and graded the marionette pin today and unfortunately have some bad news, so if you've ordered this pin please read in full! 

As stated in  the kickstarter, I ordered the marionette pin in antique metal, unfortunately I wasn't aware that this specific finish had a higher chance of producing defects and imperfections in the pins. Because of this, I've decided I'm going to reorder a small batch of the pins in regular copper plating.  Even worse with the defect rate being so high I don't have enough of the non defected antique pins to fill orders. I'm short around 20. 168 out of the 400 I ordered were too smudged to be considered viable :(  In order to know how many I need to order I need to know if you want the regular copper option or to stick with the antique plating.

Many of the pins, even the better quality ones, have smudging from  the antiquing process which was not visible on the sample that i received and are not of the quality that i feel comfortable sending out without warning. As an apology I will be including a bonus item for everyone who got marionette. This will be exclusive to you and will not be available anywhere else.

There will be three options for those who bought her which are: 1) you're okay with the antique metal even if it means you may have some minor smudging on areas like her arms. (all major smudging pins have been marked as defected) and will receiving the bonus gift. Your order will be shipped on time. 2) You'd rather wait until late april (estimated) for your package and get a cleaner regular copper plated pin. You'll still receive a bonus gift for your patience and understanding. 3) a refund for the pin, whether it's your money back to your payment method, a credit, or a free pin.

Again I'm so very sorry for this issue and I feel so bad about it :( This was my first time doing the antique process for a pin and I didn't know this issue existed or I wouldn't have gone through with it. There's a form here I need everyone who got the pin to fill out, if you don't i'll automatically place you as unchanged.  

Here are a few pictures of what the worst of the better pins look like. There are of course pins like the sample I was given but many had issues on her arms in particular and I want to be fully transparent.
